WHM's Over
& Under staging conveyors take time out of forklift part-feeding operations in half
the footprint of other staging systems. Lower roller bed conveys parts to usage
point; scissors lift moves parts carrier into processing and takeaway positions; and upper
roller bed conveys parts bins to forklift pick-up point. |

| This system carries
sets of diesel engine pistons, past ringing, rod and pin assembly,
video inspection, and automatic crank bearing lubrication stations
ending at the piston "stuffing" station at the engine
assembly line. Controls, provided by WHM, adhered to the customers
rigorous specifications and included many feedback signals to
ensure all work had been performed at each station. |
