WHM Roll-Queue feeding and staging tables provide reliable accumulation control for products or cartons. Products are held in place on a gravity-fed deck by pneumatically activated table-length stops, and tables can be designed to accommodate various size and height requirements.

A pharmaceutical manufacturer sells some of the product made on this line in bottles which are placed in cartons for trade sales and others in bottles only for professional use. They need a way to convey these bottles past the cartoner.  Floor space was a premium.  Solution: provide a side grip elevator

When the cartoner must be by-passed, the side grip conveyors are moved in by turning a single hand wheel until the bottles are gripped. Bottles are carried up over the 25 ft. long cartoner, and down where they are placed on the cartoner discharge conveyor.

A manufacturer of flood light bulbs needed a way to convey product being sold for multi or promotional packs from the bulb line on the third floor to a special pack area on the second.

When these special packs are being produced, this conveyor is raised to replace a section of the cartoner discharge conveyor. Cartons are conveyed vertically down. As they are carried down by cleats on the chain, they are contained by rails on the remaining three sides.

When not in use, the conveyor is lowered beneath the level of the third floor and the hole covered with a hatch.

This chain conveyor indexes to present cartons to robotic load stations where various elements of plastic ware assortments are added. Plastic cleats fastened to the chain hold cartons in place.

This conveyor carries pouches of gelatin dessert from the discharge of the pouch filler to the infeed of the cartoner. Pouches are carried on individual trays which are attached to precision link chain. The conveyor is driven from the filler throught a Camco drive causing it to index in time with the filler.

A vacuum cup pick-and-place device at the far end is driven by the same line shaft. This unit picks pouches off of the trays and places them on the cartoner infeed conveyor.
